Atlanta Area Restaurant Review - Happy Dim Sum

 So I am going to discuss and review various restaurants in the Atlanta area.  

Happy Valley Dim Sum

This has dim sum and also the standard strip mall-ish Chinese food.  I like it, basic food, good.  I am into the basics, like the Chinese Fried Rice but goes all over the spectrum.  This is the Gwinnett County Area.
